A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a highly trained professional who specializes in understanding behavior and how it is influenced by the environment. At Honey BeeHavior Kids, our BCBAs create individualized treatment plans tailored for children's therapy. These plans help children learn new skills, develop positive behaviors, and reduce behaviors that may interfere with their growth or independence. 

Our behavior analysts collaborate closely with families, teachers, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure that every child receives consistent, compassionate, and effective support. They implement evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy — a proven science that empowers children to reach their fullest potential through encouragement, structure, and play. 

In essence, our BCBAs are the “lead bees” of the hive — guiding our team, supporting families, and buzzing toward progress one goal at a time!

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a trained professional who works directly with children to implement their individualized treatment plans based on ABA therapy! Under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), RBTs provide hands-on support during children's therapy sessions — teaching new skills, encouraging communication, and helping children navigate daily routines in fun and meaningful ways.

At Honey BeeHavior Kids, our RBTs are the heart of the hive. They build strong, caring relationships with each child and family while promoting growth, independence, and confidence through play-based learning and positive reinforcement.
