Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
We conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments to identify the function of challenging behaviors. Each FBA includes direct observation, caregiver and staff interviews, data collection, and a written report with individualized recommendations. FBAs serve as the foundation for effective and meaningful Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Behavior Intervention Planning (BIP Development)
Using FBA data, we develop customized, practical, and data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans. Plans include proactive strategies, replacement skill instruction, reinforcement systems, and clear response procedures tailored to the child’s environment.
School Consultation
We collaborate with teachers, administrators, and IEP teams to integrate ABA strategies into classrooms and school routines. Services may include classroom observations, consultation meetings, IEP support, and staff guidance to promote positive behavior and academic engagement.
Parent & Caregiver Coaching
We support families by providing individualized coaching focused on consistency, communication, and daily routines. Coaching sessions equip caregivers with strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and strengthen skill development at home and in the community.
Staff Training & Professional Development
We offer interactive, hands-on training for schools, childcare centers, and community organizations. Training topics may include:

Parent Advocacy Services
Navigating educational and behavioral support systems can feel overwhelming. Our Parent Advocacy Services are designed to ensure families feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
Parent advocacy services may include:
- Support during IEP, IFSP, and 504 meetings
- Review and explanation of educational and behavioral documents
- Guidance on understanding rights within special education systems
- Collaboration with schools and service providers on behalf of families
- Assistance preparing questions, goals, and concerns prior to meetings
